Bookkeeping Lite

• For simpler books with a lower volume of transactions.

• For small businesses with a relatively higher transaction volume or greater bookkeeping needs.
• Your own bookkeeping expert to set you up in Wave, capture your revenue accurately, process sales from third-party payment platforms, categorize transactions, reconcile accounts, adjust assets and liabilities, and more.
• Preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Tips for optimizing cash flow.
• Available to meet with you monthly for review and to answer questions.
• Email support available anytime.

• Live 1:1 video call with an in-house Wave expert and bookkeeper.
• Get set up to do your own books.
• Hands-on support to help you switch from another accounting app.

The fee is calculated for a calendar month of transactions, and depends on the volume of transactions your business has in Wave.

In general, Bookkeeping Lite is intended for businesses with fewer than 200 transactions per month, one or two revenue streams, one or two bank accounts and credit cards, or with an annual gross revenue under ~$100k. If your business has a greater transaction volume or more bookkeeping needs, then Plus might be a better fit for you. As a general rule of thumb, depending on complexity, a small business shouldn’t spend more than around 1–4% of its annual gross revenue on accounting needs.
