Import customer lists via CSV
Great news! Now you can import customer contact information into Wave by uploading a simple CSV file.
Here’s how you do it, in 3 simple steps:
- Download your contacts from wherever you currently keep them, in CSV format. (Or download them in a file format like Excel, and convert that to CSV).
- Clean up the file so the columns in your CSV match up with Wave’s.
- Upload the file into Wave.
Simple as that.
You’ll find the Import from CSV feature on the Customers page, under the gear icon.
