Data Insights from Wave: Recurring Invoicing
This post is written by Wave developer and data expertTommy Guy.
Wave is proud to introduce recurring invoices, a major update to our invoicing application. What’s amazing about recurring invoices is that so many of you were already using Wave for repeat billing. On the Data Insights at Wave, we are constantly examining how our users derive value from our products, so we can continue to make them better. One thing we pay attention to is how often our users invoice the same customer.
Three quarters of all invoicing users have repeat relationships with their customers. Those relationships last on average 5 or more unique invoices.
Moreover, invoices from recurring relationships tend to be larger than single-transaction invoices. We’re confident that Wave’s recurring invoices product will make it even easier to get paid on time with the least amount of effort.
